Folgers Flavors Artificial Coffee Enhancer Review

As a member of the Crowdtap community, I got to try out different products for free from time to time. And I'm currently trying out the new product from Folgers called Folgers Flavors Artificial Coffee Enhancer. They come in four different flavors : Hazelnut, Vanilla, Caramel and Mocha. I was so happy that they gave us all four flavors to test because it is the best way to tell which one would be my favorite.

They come in small squeeze bottles of 16.2 fl oz (48 ml) each like the other water enhancer products in the market. All you need to do is just squeeze about 1/2 tsp of it in your favorite coffee to add that extra flavor and allow you to remix and customize your coffee. You can add as much or as little as you want to your coffee, it's all up to you!

My personal favorite of the four is the Vanilla because it has a great scent and taste while my least favorite is the Hazelnut, it has some funny artificial taste that I don't like and to me it taste a bit like plastic. I might not recommend to add it into your coffee but it could be a good ingredient for your baking needs.

It is best to try them out yourself to find out which is your own favorite and you can find them in all major supermarkets near the coffee aisle.

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure

I received a box of Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure in my Spring Fever VoxBox from Influenster and I was so excited about it. I really like the packaging, it looks like a clear bottle of nail polish contains of 24 nails in 12 sizes and the color is so beautiful! It claimed to be able to last up to a week so my first impression for this product was pretty impressed!

Really like the cute looking box! Too bad they didn't last long on my nails  :(

I followed the instruction and applied them on my nails. To be honest, I had a hard time trying to find the nails that matched with mine because I have very small nails and I found that they were all on the bigger side. Anyway, since I was just going to test them out I just put on a few to get a feel on how they look and how well they would stick on my nails. To my disappointment, they didn't really survive too long. I think they are not meant for people who would do housework or wash their hands often, definitely not for people who wash their hair daily because they started falling off after a few dish washing. I understand that they meant for a night out or special event while you don't do a lot of things with your hands but they should have at least lasted a bit longer. Overall, I think this is a great idea/concept for people who doesn't have the time to do manicure and just need a fast fix on their nails.

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masque

I received the Raspberry & Mango mask in my Holiday VoxBox from Influenster. This mask was real creamy and thick, I was surprise on how generous the amount was in the pack, i think it is almost enough for two application. This mask and it smell so good that I almost wanted to eat them when applying on my face. The scent was very light and pleasant with hints of fruits.

One draw back is that since it was so thick, it took me almost 5 minutes with constant running water just to wash it off, and I'm sure I have wasted a lot of water by doing that. I also have a slight allergy reaction (which is weird because my skin is not sensitive at all) after using it, my cheeks were red and getting some kind of rashes. Anyway, it doesn't really bother me as they went away within a few hours. However, it could be because I was using cold water when washing my face (in the middle of Winter) and it freeze my skin causing the redness and rashes. The mask is very inexpensive so everyone could afford a little pamper once in a while, there offer many choices and selection on the mask so I know i will have some fun trying them all out in the future!

Goody QuikStyle

This brush has got to be one of the best goodies that I received from the Holiday VoxBox 2012! At first, I was a bit skeptical on their claims so I gave it a try after washing my hair. To my surprise it actually worked! It absorbed quite a lot of the excess water from my hair as it should, I could feel the moisture captured in the microfiber, and I noticed my hair did dry faster than usual. Also, I noticed it didn't generate any statics which I was very happy! Living in Las Vegas, the air is so dry that I normally generate a lot of static every time I brush my hair with a normal plastic brush but not with the Goody® QuikStyle™ Paddle Brush! I love the handle too with the soft rubber in the middle so it was very comfortable to hold. The wide brush covered a lot of areas so I need less stokes when brushing my hair.

The only thing that I felt a bit troublesome is that I have to shake it or hit it on something to get the microfiber back in shape after every brush but it was not a big issue. Other than that, everything was fine and I'm now using it every time I washed my hair. You can get it for around $12.99 at Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Duane Reade.

EBOOST

I was given a sample pack of EBOOST to try in the Holiday VoxBox 2012 from Influenster. I was very excited in trying it after reading some great reviews and also the description on the package that it is all natural. However, as soon as I poured the content in my cup, I could already smell the funny sweet flavor through my nose, it felt kinda weird to 'smell' something sweet to be honest.

It said to mix with 12oz of water but I think that was a bit too much for me to drink all at once so I reduced to about 10oz, it was nice to see the fizz. The taste was ok, it was sweet but didn't taste like medicine like some other energy drinks I've tried before. However, I felt kinda funny after drinking it and it made me wanna throw up for some reason. I had to hold back for about 15 minutes until it totally went down. I can't really feel the energy boost like it claimed, just dizziness. May be it will work better for others but unfortunately not for me. I really wanna like it but I have give my honest opinion. Like I said, it might be just too strong for me. I am there are many people out there will enjoy it!

Waiting for the fizz to subside...
Anyway, we should all read the full description and ingredient before trying out anything new, here are some links for more info :

Kiss Nail Dress

I received this product in the Holiday VoxBox from Influenster. I got the leopard print one which looked very cute, they came with a generous amount of stickers in the box. (total of 28)
KISS is a global brand, with products including nail care, cosmetics, appliance, hair care, and salon & spa equipment. You can find them for around $6.99 at Kmart, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid, Target (all mass retailers and drugstores).

You can see their products here : http://bit.ly/SipR5S

I tried real hard to make them look nice!  :P
Also check out others reviews on Influenster : http://bit.ly/SipR5S

It first seemed so easy to apply but it wasn't for me, I have small and curved nails so I was having a hard time trying to find the one that fits me and the stickers won't stay on properly no matter how many times I pressed on them, there are still little bumps here and there after countless effort. I wish I have flatter nails because they really looks cute on my nails. My concern is that they might not last as long as they claimed it would because of the uneven surface. The filing off part was pretty easy though. I wish they come with a small applicator to help pressing the stickers.
